My Morning Routine
Start at 4:30am.
Wake up, start the coffee, and drink a big glass of water.
Launch into two sets of burpees, whatever my number is that week. Not enough to be a workout; just enough to wake up the brain and get the blood flowing.
Sit down with my fresh cup of coffee and free write for 10 minutes.
30 minutes later realize that my coffee has cooled significantly and I have three pages done. Flow state achieved!
Drink my cooled coffee, pour another half cup, plan out the rest of my day and color a bit.
Take my dog and camera for a half hour walk. Replenish the Well by looking for neat stuff in the world.
