I used to wake up at 3:30 am to go to work. I was a shift supervisor for a massive coffee chain. Our location needed me to make sure everything was stocked, ready, and third-place perfect by 5 am. Like everyone else, I always gave myself just enough time to wake up, get dressed, get in the car, and get to work.
